About Lorna

I discovered Yoga in London in 1994, starting with athletic Astanga Vinyasa. I have since sampled a number of dynamic and calm styles forms of hatha yoga and developed my personal style of hatha yoga, informed by my love and knowledge of yogic philosophy, anatomy and ayurveda.

A big hug to all my London teachers who nurtured me through my early practice years: Liz Lark, Gingi Lee, Mark Ansari, Gill Lloyd, and Rod Ellis. Thank you – you lit the spark!
