Yoga for pregnancy

Yoga encourages relaxation, internal focus and slowed breathing patterns. These will improve your well-being during pregnancy and aid in the development of your baby. Yoga also helps to relieve many of the common discomforts of pregnancy, such as lower back pain, nausea, insomnia, and headaches.

All levels are welcome. You can practice from the beginning for your pregnancy until the birth of your baby.
