Yoga for women

Yoga group classes are your mini-holiday that comes round each week. Give yourself a treat! In every class we practice asanas (postures) that make your body stronger and more flexible, breath work, relaxation and meditation. You will learn to tune into your body and mind. My classes are small enough for me to give attention to each student. I use my knowledge of anatomy and ayurveda (the system of Indian traditional medicine) to adapt my teaching to individual needs.

I teach flowing hatha yoga as a form of meditation in motion, to balance our sedentary lives. Your body will become stronger and softer at the same time, and your mind will become calmer and more focussed.

I offer special classes for pregnant women and mothers with babies.

I don't run open groups in English at the moment but am happy to teach private groups. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
